… was result of the 2014 Stockholm furniture fair cooperation project between the furniture & textile department. Objective was to make a furniture piece with tafting material. For the result me, Ingrid Olesk, Merit Eensoo & Leelo Moor made a inflatable armchair that can be taken to pieces and pack for transport. Compared to conventional same- sized upholstered armchairs ÕHK in the disassembled mode takes several times less space. For comparison usually one euro pallet can hold two armchairs, but you can put 24 disassembled flat packed ÕHK armchairs on one pallet.
